This is adorable !! Have not used yet but I LOVE the color and size. The scalloped/ribbed edges make it look like a true French tart pan. Amazing

This is a beautiful tart dish, and high quality! So many uses... The only thing that I would prefer is a slightly bigger size for making quiche, but it works for that too.

I have used this to bake my own creation which I can only describe as a cross between a tart and a giant blueberry scone. When the desert is fresh from the oven, I serve it with vanilla ice cream, and when it is cool, it is wonderful with vanilla yogurt for breakfast. Anyway, the tart pan heats evenly and retains heat to bake the dough to perfection every time, and it acts as a gorgeous serving vessel… A double blessing, and made in America! I had been looking at French-made ceramic baking dishes when I came across this lovely piece. My adult son, home over the Memorial Weekend, inadvertently knocked a beloved French ceramic baking dish from a top shelf, and it broke into two pieces with some tiny shards. I purchased that dish in France years before he and his 39 year-old brother were born, and was attempting to replace it when I came across this marvelous piece. It does clean easily, but I never put this type of baking dish in a dishwasher. That is my personal preference.

I received my Mora Tart Pan yesterday and was impressed with the quality of the porcelain baking dish and looking forward to preparing a quiche in the very sturdy and well made pan.
