Ali Oli is essentially a mix of olive oil and garlic - we have used purple garlic to give a rich garlicky flavour without the bitterness of some other garlic, and extra-virgin olive oil to give a full-flavoured mayonnaise. It can be used with all sorts of meals: fish and seafood, meats, vegetables - and it is very good with chips! It is also served with Paellas and Fideuàs (the Catalan pasta dish with seafood) - delicious! Pack contains 2 x 175g jars.
